Terms of Service

By accessing or using Extraktr (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Extraktr is operated by Detektr LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Extraktr is a conversation intelligence platform that processes text-based conversations and returns structured outputs including tasks, decisions, risks, and summaries. The Service is provided via a web application, browser extension, and API.

• You may use certain features without an account. Additional features require signing in via Google OAuth.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account credentials secure.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Submit content you do not have the legal right to process.
• Use the Service to process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks.
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond what is provided through our official API.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Detektr LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any conversation content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering extraction results to you.

• The free tier includes a limited number of extractions per month at no charge.
• Paid plans are billed monthly. Pricing is listed on the pricing page and may change with notice.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, process, and protect your data. We do not use your conversation content to train machine learning models.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Detektr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that extraction results will be accurate, complete, or error-free.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Detektr LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
